When you're investing in a branded experience, the details matter.
The logo. The colors. The packaging. The presentation.
At Edible Impressions, customization goes beyond the artwork. Our in-house 3D printing technology allows us to quickly create custom cookie shapes designed specifically around your brand, product or campaign. So why should your custom cookies be limited to a circle, square or rectangle?
One of the ways we help corporate marketing teams and experiential agencies create greater impact is through our ability to design and produce custom-shaped sugar cookies specifically for your brand, product or campaign.
A perfume bottle. A product package. A pencil. A puzzle piece. A recognizable logo silhouette.
If the shape helps tell the story, we want to explore how to turn it into a cookie.
From Your Artwork to a Custom Cookie
Thanks to our in-house 3D printing technology, creating a custom shape is surprisingly simple.
1. UPLOAD YOUR VISION
Send us a JPG, PNG or PDF of the logo, product, package or shape you're considering.
You don't need to provide a cookie-ready file or figure out the dimensions. Start by showing us your vision. Share your vision: edibleimpressions@me.com
2. WE ENGINEER THE SHAPE
Once the shape is finalized, we create the custom cutter right here, in-house, using our 3D printing technology. This eliminates the need to outsource cutter production and helps us accommodate the shorter lead times that are often part of corporate events and marketing campaigns.
3. WE CREATE & SHIP
Your cookies are baked in their custom shape, decorated and branded for your campaign, individually packaged, and prepared for delivery or nationwide shipping.
One partner. From concept to finished cookie.
No Custom-Shape Setup Fee
We don't charge an additional setup fee simply because your project requires a custom shape. Custom-shaped cookies are part of what we do.
That means your marketing team doesn't have to choose between the shape that best represents your idea and the one that happens to fit an existing cutter.
Because we design and 3D print our custom cutters in-house, we're not waiting for an outside cutter manufacturer or adding another vendor to the production timeline.
That gives us the flexibility to move from artwork to a production-ready custom shape quickly.
Upload your JPG, PNG or PDF, and our team can quickly evaluate the shape, recommend any necessary modifications and move it into production.
Created for Your Project. Not Our Cutter Catalog.
We also take a different approach to the cutters we create.
When Edible Impressions develops a custom cutter for your project, that shape is proprietary to our company and created solely for fulfilling custom client requests.
We retain the cutter design.
We don't sell it.
We don't add it to a public cutter catalog.
And we don't make it available for someone else to purchase.
For marketing teams and agencies developing branded campaigns, product launches and activations, that's an important distinction. Your custom cookie should feel like an extension of your creative—not something selected from a shelf.
Why Shape Matters
A great logo cookie gets noticed. A cookie shaped like the actual product, package or recognizable element of the campaign can make someone look twice.
That's where the WOW factor comes in.
Imagine opening a product-launch gift box and discovering that the cookie isn't simply printed with an image of the product, it is shaped like the product itself.
Or handing attendees at a conference a puzzle-piece cookie that reinforces a campaign about teamwork. The shape becomes another opportunity to communicate the message.
For experiential marketing especially, those small details can turn a giveaway into something people photograph, share and remember.
We Think Beyond What Looks Good on the Screen
There's one more part of custom-shape development that's especially important when you're ordering hundreds or thousands of cookies. The cookie has to arrive intact.
Our team considers the complete journey of the cookie when recommending a final shape:
Are there narrow areas that could become fragile?
Will the shape support the decorating and printed artwork?
How will it fit into the packaging?
Can it withstand handling and nationwide shipping?
Sometimes that means making a subtle adjustment to the original silhouette.
Have an Idea? Send It.
You don't need to know whether something can become a cookie before contacting us. That's our job. Upload → We Engineer & 3D Print → We Create & Ship
Send us your JPG, PNG or PDF and show us what you're imagining. We'll take it from there.
