Spring 2020 Services

What to expect: Porch PICK UP (Mequon, WI) & NATIONWIDE SHIPPING SERVICES available.

Edible Impressions has been family-owned and operated for over 17 years. Over these years, we have been committed to provide an excellent customer experience in everything we do. During this trying time with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this commitment will not change. We are being pro-active to help stop the spread while prioritizing the health and well-being of our employees, customers and community.

We are a fully licensed and inspected facility. We have been upholding a high standard for food safety long before COVID-19 and we will be vigilant during as well as after this situation resolves.

According to the CDC, “Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread from person-to-person through respiratory droplets. Currently, there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with food.”

We continue to strongly reinforce our policies for more frequent hand washing as well as the cleaning and frequent sanitation of high contact areas, such as door handles, counter tops, and other surfaces. We will continue to enforce our policy of not allowing anyone who may be ill or showing signs of illness be allowed in our bakery.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this situation. Thank you for your trust and support in our small business, Edible Impressions. Your business is truly important to us, and we look forward to continuing to serve you.

On behalf of the entire Edible Impressions family, I wish you, your family and your community well. Our hearts go out to those who have been effected by the virus.

WHAT ARE WE DOING for YOU here at Edible Impressions as the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve.

We are doing everything we can to provide maximum flexibility and help you move forward with a course of action.

However, we understand that you may feel more comfortable canceling or rescheduling your custom cookie order and I assure you we are here to help you make those adjustments as stress-free as possible.

Flexibility and Support

We understand the need for increased flexibility with event planning right now. To assist our clients in their decisions, we have added the following options:

Postpone and reschedule - If you would like to postpone your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can make adjustments to our schedule.

Postpone - If you are not sure of when you would like to re-schedule, do not worry. We will hold onto your retainer and will work with you to make new dates work to the best of our abilities.

Cancellations & Refunds - If you would like to cancel and get a full refund, please contact us at 414-313-5281.

Please keep in mind that the sooner you can set a date for re-schedule, the better. Even if it’s months from now.

We continue to follow the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding the best course of action for the safety and well-being of everyone.

Everyone here at Edible Impressions takes great pride in the role we play in the lives of our clients and our special events.

Rest assured that as circumstances continue to develop, one thing will remain constant: we will make our decisions with the health and well-being of our clients, team members, and community as our highest priority.

Sincerely,
Annette Conrad, Owner
Edible Impressions
