Q: How much notice do you need for graduation cookies?
A: Graduation and school spirit cookie orders are accepted with a minimum of 5 business days' notice, based on our current production schedule and order volume. During peak graduation season, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure first choice and timely delivery.
Q: Can the cookies be personalized for my graduate?
A: Yes! Our graduation cookies are customized with your graduate's school(s) colors, school logo(s). For additional personalization, such as the graduate's name or year, we recommend adding a custom tag to our Clear View Favor packaging.
Q: Do you ship?
A: Yes, we offer nationwide shipping. Please allow additional time for production and transit. Shipping timelines vary by destination and carrier schedules.
