Presentation & Pricing Guide

What is the lead time for orders?

We recommend providing at least two weeks’ notice for large-batch cookie orders. Please allow additional time for shipped orders to ensure on-time delivery. Requests with shorter notice may be accommodated when our production schedule allows, provided it does not compromise existing client commitments.

When & how will my order be confirmed?

Following your inquiry, you will receive an electronic estimate within one business day (same day whenever possible). The estimate will outline all key order details, including:

  • Design(s)

  • Quantity

  • Decorating technique(s)

  • Color scheme

  • Packaging preferences

  • Total anticipated charges, including shipping and handling (if applicable)

We kindly ask that you review the Estimate carefully for accuracy. Once approved, you will receive an Order Confirmation/Invoice for final review. This will include delivery confirmation and a link for secure online payment.

What are the ingredients?

Edible Impressions Signature Sugar Cookie: sugar, butter, vanilla extract, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, eggs. 
Royal Icing: meringue powder – dried egg whites, powdered sugar, gum, water, vanilla extract. USFDA approved color gels. 
Cookies and frosting may contain milk, wheat and eggs - No vegan, kosher, gluten or dairy free options available.

How long do your cookies typically stay fresh?

Our cookies are best enjoyed upon receipt and stay fresh for 2–3 weeks when stored in airtight packaging. For longer enjoyment, cookies may be frozen for up to 3 months if placed in a freezer-safe container. To serve, simply remove from the freezer and allow cookies to thaw on the countertop for about 30 minutes. Please note: refrigeration is not recommended, as condensation may form and compromise the cookie’s detailing.

How many cookies should I plan per guest?

For corporate events and large gatherings, we recommend the following guidelines to ensure an optimal guest experience:

  • One large (3 ½”) cookie per guest is typically sufficient.

  • Two to three medium (2 ½”) cookies per guest when cookies are presented as the primary dessert.

  • One to two medium cookies per guest when cookies are offered in addition to other desserts.

    Custom sizes and quantities can be tailored to align with your event format and service style.

Do you ship cookies?

Yes! Nationwide shipping available. We are expert shippers. Most cookies shapes and presentations may be shipped upon request. Cookies are shipped from our licensed bakeshop in Mequon, WI.  Total cost for shipping is supplement to total cost of custom cookie presentation.  Your Order Confirmation will detail actual shipping & handling fee, ship date and expected arrival date.  Picture of final presentation and UPS tracking # emailed to order point of contact on ship date.

What forms of payment are available?

On line credit card payment accepted via Square.  ACH or check payment for large volume orders is appreciated. 3.5% credit card transaction fee applies. 50% deposit payment due upon placing order with estimated count. Final balance due upon receipt of final count due 10 business days prior to order due date. Full payment is required prior to shipping.
