About the LLS and the Scenic Shore Tour

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the largest nonprofit funder of cutting-edge research for all types of blood cancer—including leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and rare blood cancers. Since 1949, LLS has invested over $1.8 billion in cancer research.

Beyond research, LLS provides free educational resources, support services, and financial assistance to patients and their families. They also lead community programs that raise awareness and build support for blood cancer research.

The Scenic Shore 150 Bike Tour, established in 1993, is one of the Midwest’s most popular cycling events. Each year, it draws around 1,500 riders and raises approximately $2.1 million to support LLS's mission.

Team Sunday Dinners

Over the past 10+ years, our Edible Impressions team and extended family have participated in the Scenic Shore Bike Tour. The name “Sunday Dinners” originates from the many years of getting the family together to have sunday night dinner at grandma and grandpa Melkonian’s house.
